REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Personalized or custom products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received the RAN, securely package the item and ship it to the following address:

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as clearance products or custom-made items, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange subject to product availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
